Access Bars :
Access Bars® is a relaxing and nurturing process that has assisted thousands of people in changing many aspects of their lives and bodies, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, health, weight, body image, sleep, money, sex, relationships, and so much more!
What are The Bars:
The Bars® are 32 points on the head that store the electromagnetic component of thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, and considerations as they are stored in the brain. When activated, The Bars begin to release the thoughts, feelings, emotions, considerations, and beliefs you have stored in any lifetime that limit you. The Bars can help reduce stress, pain, and trauma throughout the body and increase positive attitudes toward life. Access Bars is a gentle touch hands-on technique introduced by Gary M. Douglas in 1990.
How does The Bars work:
When The Bars are lightly touched, the brain waves slow down, allowing behavioral patterns, belief systems, and points of view that you have been running from childhood or other lifetimes to be accessed. The brain waves change from beta waves - attentive mode, to alpha/theta waves - relaxed/fall asleep mode. Brain wave measurement shows increased brain coherence after receiving The Bars. Access Bars optimize brain performance, increase concentration ability, and improve emotional stability.
Access Bars Benefits:
Access Bars have been reported to help with stress reduction, deep relaxation, ease of sleep, dissipating mind chatter, releasing trauma, reducing overwhelm, decreasing negative and limiting thought patterns, changing negative behavioral patterns, improving overall well-being, and increasing feelings of calmness, inner peace, happiness, and gratitude.
Access Bars has assisted thousands of people to change many aspects of their lives and bodies, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, health, weight, body image, sleep, money, sex, relationships, and so much more!
People get their Bars run to ease stress, sleep better, relieve grief, receive more, create wealth, reverse aging, reduce anxiety, boost creativity, release trauma, optimize health, quiet their mind, increase inner peace, have more space, judge themselves less, improve body image, alleviate depression, increase productivity, enhance relationships, have more ease at work or school, have a sense of peace and calm.
What is Access Bar Session:
During an Access Bars Session, 32 Bars points are lightly touched. This process begins to release the electromagnetic charge or polarity of the thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, considerations, and decisions as it is stored in your brain.
During a session, or having your Bars run as it is often called, The Bars begin to release thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, and limiting programs that no longer serve you.
You lie on a massage table or sit in a zero-gravity chair. There is no need to remove any clothing. Having a blanket on hand is nice, as sometimes your body temperature may change. Sessions typically last 45 to 90 minutes. Introductory taster sessions can be done in as little as 20 minutes.
Access Bars is a gentle touch, hands-on process that releases hundreds of thousands of points of view, limiting you in different areas of your life and body. These areas include body, aging, healing, sexuality, money, joy, sadness, control, awareness, creativity, plus many more. What would it be like to have more freedom in all these areas?
Having your Bars run tends to be a relaxing and nurturing process. At worst, you'll feel like you've had a great massage. In the best-case scenario, your whole life can change into something greater with total ease!
What is most often reported is that there is a sense of deep relaxation. Many people go to sleep – even in a very noisy environment. Some people have images come to them, while others see colors or feel sensations in their bodies, such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches, or shivers.
Everyone is unique, so “normal” Access Bars Session does not exist. Each session will be different every time, even if you repeat with the same person. The best way to find out what Access Bars will be like for you is to try it for yourself! Are you ready to give yourself one hour to experience Access Bars?
Access Bars and Kids:
What if we could create a space that allows kids to unleash their potential and break through any limitations? To create ease and joy in everything they do and empower them to take charge of their lives consciously? What else may be possible then?
Kids have reported more ease after having their Bars run - at home, school, and their lives. Kids frequently ask to have their Bars run, especially before taking a test at school. They say it "makes everything easier." Their grades tend to improve as well.
Running Bars has had a profound effect on children with ADD, ADHD, OCD, and Autism.
The kid’s session normally runs for 30 minutes.
Access Bars Research:
Access Bars is backed by published scientific research. The research was conducted in 2015 by leading neuroscientist Dr. Jeffrey Fannin, who examined the neurological effects of the Access Bars. He discovered that Access Bars have a positive neurological effect on the recipient similar to those experienced by advanced meditators, and it produces these results immediately.

Dr. Terrie Hope, PhD. DNM conducted scientific research on the effects of Access Bars® on anxiety and depression, published in the Journal of Energy Psychology in 2017. In summary, The Bars were found to reduce stress and anxiety by 85% and depression by 82% in as little as one session. All participants showed an increase in Brain Coherence.
Dr. Hope also found that participants who, before the 90-minute Access Bars session, reported a sense of past failure, self-criticalness, loss of pleasure, and agitation all reported that 100% of these symptoms were resolved after the session. Theory, Research, and Treatment in November 2017 revealed the results of one 90-minute Access Bars® session indicated a significant decrease in the severity of depression and anxiety.
